By willfully submitting your email via our Secure Access Terminals, you consent to receive periodic digital intercepts, promotional materials regarding The Brotherhood Chronicles, and highly classified universe updates.
Data Retention & Compliance (The Shield)
Data retention is strictly limited to authenticated session tokens and email routing required for archive exploration. We do not sell, trade, or expose your metadata to external dogmatic entities or third-party brokers. Your connection is a privilege; your anonymity is our protocol.
In compliance with global surveillance standards (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM protocols), you retain full autonomy over your digital presence. You may sever your connection and "unsubscribe" from the Fraternitas network at any time using the active termination link provided at the bottom of every transmission.
Any attempts to breach the integrity of the Brotherhood node will result in immediate termination of clearance and an archival scrub.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. NETWORK ACCESS PROTOCOLS
By accessing the Brotherhood Press digital node, you acknowledge that you are entering a space of unrestricted inquiry. Access is provided solely for the purpose of engaging with classified literary assets. Unauthorized extraction of metadata, commercial scraping, or brute-force decryption of non-public archives is strictly prohibited.
2. FORBIDDEN DECRYPTION
Users agree not to attempt any reverse-engineering of the proprietary occult-cyber security layers protecting our digital assets. Violation of these cryptographic boundaries will result in immediate termination of connection and permanent blacklisting of the originating IP address.
3. INTELLECTUAL ASSETS & COPYRIGHT
All texts, scripts, manuscripts, and encrypted visual motifs within this system (including The Brotherhood Chronicles) are the exclusive intellectual property of Wouter van Wyk and Brotherhood Press. These assets are protected under International Copyright Law and the Berne Convention. No part of these works may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without explicit authorization from the publisher.
4. DOGMATIC FICTION WAIVER
By continuing, you agree to waive all expectations of traditional narrative compliance. Our works are designed to dismantle preconceived dogmas. We operate outside the safety of institutional paradigms.
